Shipping & Delivery
Here at The Mattress Shop, we keep good levels of stock in our product ranges. Generally we hold around 80% of our range in stock at any one time. If for any reason your item is not in stock or if there is a delay with your delivery, we will notify you in the first instance by telephone. Our deliveries are usually made within 48 to 72 hours but can take upto 14 days if stock is unavailable from our warehouse at the time of your order. If a product is going to be delayed you will be notified directly by telephone.
International deliveries are not accepted.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We are a small family business that puts ‘Value for Money’ at the heart of everything we do. We are also consumers and so understand that getting good value is important. Our pricing even without discount is very competitive – but we do also like to run the special promotions too. All special offers are subject to availability of stock at that time and The Mattress Shop reserve the right to alter or change offers from time to time.
The Mattress Shop Newcastle monitor prices on a daily basis. We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions or human error. Goods will not be delivered until the customer’s funds that have been paid to The MattressShop Newcastle have cleared in full. All transactions will be carried out in GBP.
We will refund you as from the date we receive your item back. Online orders will be refunded within 14 days of notification prior to delivery or 14 workdays from the dates we receive the item back.
If you have paid by card you will be refunded on the card which you used to purchase your item. If you paid cash or cheque on-line orders will be refunded by cheque.
If the items was bought as part of a package deal. Both items must be returned to get a full refund.
We offer a 14 day return policy on purchases made at the Mattress Shop Newcastle.
We will only accept returns of any item still in its original packaging, in pristine condition and unused. Goods will be inspected by return, then refunded less our £37.50 return costs. Charges do not apply if it is proven to be a manufacturing fault.
For smaller items such as pillows etc, you can either bring these into our store and we will be happy to assist you. If purchased online, you can return them within 14 days by calling our shop and arranging a replacement with ourselves.
For goods which have been made to order to a specification an additional charge may be applied.
Returned goods will be inspected on delivery and refused if damaged. We cannot be held responsible for any goods which have been damaged in transit which are signed for.
Upon receiving your goods if the packaging looks like it has been damaged. Please ensure you ask the drivers to make a note this on their paperwork before signing for your items.
If the product does not appear to be damaged on arrival and upon unwrapping you discover any faults you must contact us within the 4 days.
